Privacy notice
To book a time we need a couple of contact details. We use them only for the booking and keep them as briefly as we can.
Who is responsible
Men’s Studio, Väike-Turu 7/5, Tartu, is responsible for your details. If you have questions, call +372 5631 9316 or reply to your booking confirmation email.
What we collect and why
When you book, we ask only for your name and phone number; the email address and the note are optional. We use them solely to manage the booking: to reserve the time, to contact you if something changes, and to send the confirmation and the reminder if you left an email address. We do not use the details for marketing and never sell them.
Who else sees the details
Only the barber, and the providers that host the website, the database and the email sending, who process the details on our behalf and on our instructions. To prevent abuse we use a bot check and limit the number of upcoming bookings per phone number.
How long we keep them
Booking details are deleted automatically 12 months after the booked time, cancelled bookings included. If you want them deleted sooner, let us know.
Your rights
You have the right to see your details, to have them corrected or deleted, and to object to their processing. You can cancel a booking yourself from its confirmation page; for anything else, contact us. Complaints can be made to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
Cookies
We use no tracking cookies and no analytics. The bot check may leave one technical cookie in your browser, needed only to pass the check.
